Adorable vintage Y2K red plaid mini skirt! Super sweet little piece, zip up side with button closure at top! Fits like a traditional women’s size 12/14!
For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fits me well and best fits size L/XL, and works for up to size 2X measured hips:
