From my closet to yours: vintage Y2K purple and pink floral layered maxi skirt! Top layer is a large, vibrant floral pattern on a sheer non-stretch fabric, underneath is a beautiful light blue-purple stretchy knit attached slip skirt. Light purple lace-like detailing along top edge. Such a sweet & stunning piece!! Fits like a traditional women’s size 12/14!
For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fits me pretty well but rides up a little because my hip to waist ratio is so drastic and the combo of the stretch lining and non-stretch outer makes the skirt fit just a tad funny on me when I move around a lot. I would suggest it for sizes L and XL (and although the hip measurement technically goes up to size 2X I would suggest for your hips to be size XL maximum for this skirt to work best for you! :) ):
