Such an ideal vintage piece! Gorgeous vintage 90’s semi-sheer floral dress with black background with tank style underdress. Tiered fit in the skirt of the dress with a babydoll fit at bust, long sleeved, nice and flowy in skit section! This is a true gem that you will no doubt treasure for a looong time! Fits like a traditional women’s roomy size XL.
For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fit me super well and best fits sizes L, XL, and 2X, size L the fit would be more oversized, and sizes XL & 2X more fitted. The hips/booty fit up to 80”, so this dress would work well for someone who is a size L/XL/2X at bust and up to size 4X at hips:
