Vintage Y2K cream 100% cotton skirt with mesh/embroidered detailing and silky birds throughout. Fully lined, side zip with clasp closure at top! Fits like a traditional women’s size XL.
For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item was a little too big for me at the waist and was clipped for pictures, it best fits a size XL and also fits someone who has a size XL waist and up to a size 3X hips:
