Amazing vintage 90’s textured button up blouse with tuxedo-style ruffles in front! Seriously such a gem! I am obsessed with this type of top right now and got one for myself and then found this one and decided to snag it for YOU! Fits like a traditional women’s size L/XL.
For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fit me well but was a little short in the arms. It best fits size L and XL:
