Super sweet blue floral prairie dress! This item is not vintage but is newer and comes to you pre-owned, my guess would be that this dress was made within the last 10 years. Tassel ties at front, bohemian babydoll fit with semi-bell sleeves. Fits like a traditional women’s size XL.
For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fit me well and best fits size XL, it can also fit someone who is a size XL on top and a size 2X at hips:
