Stretchy fabric, zip fly, button front, two pockets at front and two in back (with button closure tops), and belt loops all around! Full plaid skirt with attached blue shorts underneath! Fits like a traditional women’s size 18.
For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item was a bit too big for me at the waist and was clipped on me in pictures, it best fit sizes 2X:
