Completely ideal vintage 90’s gray and pink plaid pleated mini skirt! Zip at left side just behind amazing decorative buckle detailing! Fits like a traditional women’s size 2X.
For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item was too big for me at the waist and was clipped for pictures. It best fits sizes 2X:

Hip: 48-66” (pleats lay flat at 48”, but stretch up to 66”)
