For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fit me snugly at the hips and best fits sizes L & XL: size L worn lower down towards the hips, and size XL worn closer to natural waist:
