For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. These trousers were a bit too big for me and were cinched in at my waist for pictures. They best fit a size 2X, or a size XL with a baggy fit:
